Hi there and welcome to OverAndOutside -
a little refugee spot for restlessness in corona-quarantine-time.
So here goes. Yet another media-hore on the Internet looking for attention, self-portraiting me as something special, unique, important, creative and most of all one of those who's existence is just too interesting to not be posted about. This in denial of the banality that we are all just simple people.. If it isn't on the Internet, it never happened. Right?
- Yes, I hide behind a wall of sarcasm; of course! Why not? In these covid virus-times we make distance to one another so why not cover up my own super ego behind sarcasm from my true self (or is the sarcasm my true ego?).. The thing is, that I do need somewhere to collect whatever I've written and a place to upload some photographs that isn't instagram or facebook. This is actually worth sharing for those who are interested. Probably this post isn't worth sharing, but I can't be bothered to be an idealist right now.
Despite this introduction, I apologize for being a hater and a hypocrite. If I were made of steel then social media would be my kryptonite. Leaving the bad news behind and grey hours of the day unspoken of. I feel guilty and distugsted. This paradox can't possibly exclusively apply to me. Read the "why"-page and you'll see the real motivation for this website and understand to whom I communicate to. This is just covid-crazyness put into words; because I can!
Anyhow, in real life I'm quite a happy person able to do the things I love. For now, before family life takes over one day, I'm still the most important person in the world and isn't that just hillarious. Shout out and huge respect to all my friends who have settled and channel their energy into upbringing and caretaking of new souls in this wicked world that we live in. Life in perspective. Peace and quarantine to everyone. Hope we'll all rise as fully grown phoenixes ready to show the universe that we can actually take action on climate change too.
